Catering FAQ
Are there room fees or minimums? Depending on the event, food and beverage minimums and/or room charges may apply.
What is the service charge and sales tax? All food and beverage charges are subject to a 20% service charge, and sales tax is applied as designated by California state law. No additional gratuities are required.
May I decorate my event space? We will be pleased to work with your event planners and/or decorators to maximize the impact of your private event.
Can the club accommodate vegetarians, vegans, kosher, or other special dietary needs? Our culinary team will create custom menus to meet all your dietary needs. The club can also arrange kosher meals through offsite catering companies upon request.
What linens and centerpieces does the club provide? Our standard table setup includes ecru linens and bud vases. The Catering Department can recommend upgraded linen and floral options to customize your event.
How does the bar work? All beverages are itemized and charged on a consumption basis.
How is wine handled? Wines for your event can be selected from our extensive wine list. If you prefer to bring in your own wines, a corkage charge will apply.
Do you have audio/visual equipment available? Professional audio/visual and lighting equipment is available to meet all your event requirements. Experienced audio/visual technicians can also be contracted to coordinate your program. Please contact the Catering Department for a complete list of equipment and pricing.
Do you have a preferred vendor list for entertainment, florists, photographers, etcetera to help me plan my event? The club can assist you with all your vendor needs.
Does the club offer valet parking? Members and guests may valet-park in the underground garage for all private events.
